How I can help


I’m a BACP-registered therapist with over 10 years’ experience supporting people with life’s harder moments — from anxiety and overwhelm, to uncertainty, loss, and change.

I believe you’re the expert in your own life, and my role is to provide a space where you can feel safe enough to explore what’s difficult – and supported enough to move through it. My early work in NHS and charity settings shaped the way I support people now — with respect, flexibility, and a belief in real change.

Since moving my practice online in 2020, I’ve helped hundreds of clients through BetterHelp and private work. The flexibility of working online allows me to meet people where they are, both emotionally and geographically, and I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

What is therapy with me like?


Therapy with me is a calm, collaborative space where we can explore what’s on your mind, with room for both reflection and practical tools if you want them. Clients often tell me they feel more grounded, less alone, and more able to make sense of things after we speak.

Here’s a little of what you can expect from our work together:

  • Client-led: You bring what matters, and we go at your pace
  • Calm and compassionate: You won’t be rushed, pushed, or analysed
  • Real and reflective: We’ll explore things honestly and gently, together
  • Practical when helpful: I can offer tools and strategies to support you, if and when that feels helpful

If you’re not sure where to start, that’s okay. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll make sense of what’s going on — even if it feels messy, unclear, or hard to put into words right now.

I offer online therapy via Video, Phone or Live Chat. You’re welcome to choose the format that feels most comfortable — and you can switch at any time.

You also have the option of working with me privately, or via the online platform BetterHelp…

Private Therapy


Sessions are offered at a pace that suits you: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. This is a good fit if you’re comfortable using Zoom for secure sessions, and you don’t want between-session messaging or app-based tools.

BetterHelp


Some people prefer the structure of a subscription-based platform like BetterHelp, which offers a built-in weekly rhythm, in-app booking and payments, integrated video room, and the option to message between sessions.
